Music Together classes have an intentionally informal feel. We don't expect the children to sit for the whole class, and we don't sit for 45 minutes either! We trust and respect each child's unique learning style. Some children prefer to watch and study the experience, others may explore the room and check in visually with the adult who brought them. Many children will dance and sing freely. Our program is about internalizing the music, not performing it. We encourage parents to let go of any anxieties you may have about your musical "abilities" and allow yourself to simply play musically. You'll be so glad you did!
